- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
Topping:
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Prepare the Cookie Crust: Mix all crust ingredients together, press into mini cupcake liners, and bake until golden.
