- 1 1/2 cups Milk milk of choice
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Add berries: Add ¼ cup of the mixed berries to a bowl and break them into pieces.
- Mix ingredients: Combine the milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup with the berries. Whisk until well combined.
- Chill overnight: Pour the mixture into two glasses and refrigerate overnight.
