Description

These Mixed Olive and Whipped Feta Crostini are a perfect appetizer for any gathering. The creamy whipped feta pairs beautifully with the briny olives on top of crispy baguette slices.

  • 1 jar Mezzetta Artisan Olives
  • 1 jar Mezzetta Jalapeno Stuffed Olives
  • 1 jar Mezzetta Garlic Stuffed Olives
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • fresh basil, to garnish
  • arugula, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Whipped Feta: In a bowl, combine feta cheese and cream cheese. Use a hand mixer to whip until smooth and creamy.
  2. Assemble Crostini: Spread a dollop of whipped feta on each baguette slice. Top with a mix of Mezzetta olives. Garnish with fresh basil and arugula.
  3. Serve: Arrange the crostini on a platter and enjoy!
