  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. In a shallow dish, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In another dish, place beaten eggs. Coat chicken in flour mixture, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  2. Cook the Chicken: In a skillet, heat butter and oil over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
  3. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add chicken broth and lemon juice, simmer for a few minutes. Stir in heavy cream and parsley.
  4. Serve: Pour sauce over chicken and garnish with parsley before serving.
