Description

These adorable No-Bake Chocolate Bird Nests are a fun and easy treat to make with kids. They are made with cocoa Rice Krispies, peanut butter, milk chocolate chips, and topped with Cadbury mini eggs for a delightful Easter dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cocoa Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 36 Cadbury mini eggs

Instructions

  1. Melt Chocolate: In a microwavable-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips for 30 second intervals on low-power. Stir in between each interval until fully melted.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Stir together the peanut butter and melted chocolate. Pour over Rice Krispies and mix until coated.
  3. Form Nests: Grease a muffin tin, scoop mixture into each cup, and hollow out the center with a spoon.
  4. Add Eggs: Place nests in the fridge to harden, then add Cadbury mini eggs in the center.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • For a richer taste, use dark chocolate chips.
  • This recipe can also work in a mini muffin tin.
