 - 1 teaspoon lime zest
 - 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into mini pie dishes.
 - Make the Filling: Combine condensed milk, lime juice, and zest. In a separate bowl, whip cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into the lime mixture.
 - Assemble: Spoon the filling into the crusts and refrigerate for a few hours.
 - Garnish: Before serving, add lime slices or zest and whipped cream on top.
