Dough:

- 160 ml Warm milk (2/3 cup)
- 160 ml Warm water (2/3 cup)
- 10 g Instant dry yeast (1.5 tbsp)
- 10 g Sugar (1 tbsp)
- 8 g Salt (0.8 tbsp)
Topping:
- 20 g Melted unsalted butter (or olive oil)
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: Combine flour, warm milk, warm water, yeast, sugar, and salt. Knead until smooth and elastic. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Shape the dough: Divide the dough into 6 pieces and shape them into rounds.
- Cook the bread: Flatten each round into a circle and cook on a hot griddle until golden brown on both sides.
- Add toppings: Brush with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Notes
- You can customize the toppings with sesame seeds, nigella seeds, or other herbs.
- Adjust the thickness of the bread to your preference by rolling it out thinner or thicker.
