Chicken and Marinade:

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, turmeric, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
