Dry Ingredients:

- 4 medium over-ripe bananas, mashed

- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional
- 1 cup Nutella, or Homemade Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line muffin pan with liners.
- Whisk dry ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
- Combine wet ingredients in a large bowl, then slowly add the flour mixture until smooth. Fold in pecans.
- Fill muffin tins 3/4 full, top each with Nutella, and swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake muffins for 15-17 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve warm or store for later.
Notes
- You can customize these muffins by adding chocolate chips or walnuts for extra flavor.
