Description

This one-pan honey garlic kielbasa and veggies dish is a quick and easy family favorite. The sweet and savory flavors from the honey and garlic pair perfectly with the smoky kielbasa and roasted vegetables.

  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

Veggies:

  • 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes

Others:

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and gather all ingredients.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Toss kielbasa, veggies, honey, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
