- 1 pound Kielbasa
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
Veggies:
- 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
- 1 cup Baby Carrots
- 1 pound Baby Potatoes
Others:
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Preparation: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and gather all ingredients.
- Combine Ingredients: Toss kielbasa, veggies, honey, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
- Roast: Spread mixture on a baking sheet, roast for 20-25 mins at 400°F, stirring halfway.
- Garnish & Serve: Remove from oven, add parsley or green onions, and serve hot.
