- 2 cups basmati rice, rinsed

- ½ teaspoon ground paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Season chicken thighs with shawarma spice blend, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Sear Chicken: In a large pot, heat olive oil and brown chicken thighs on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add Rice and Liquid: Stir in rinsed rice, chicken broth, and return chicken thighs to the pot.
- Cook: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked and chicken is tender.
