- 18 ounce jar orange marmalade (Smucker’s brand)
- ¾ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Original barbecue sauce
- 2 pounds (approximately 3 large) boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 ½ inch pieces and patted dry with a paper towel
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (to pan sear the chicken)
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce: Whisk together the orange marmalade and barbecue sauce in a small bowl.
- Sear the chicken: Cook the chicken pieces in olive oil until browned on all sides.
- Add sauce and simmer: Combine cooked chicken with sauce in the skillet and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Serve: Remove from heat and serve hot.
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
- Reheat in a skillet over medium heat, adding water to loosen the sauce if needed.
