Rolls:

    • 18 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed

    • 1 tablespoon salted butter

Chili Honey Sauce:

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1/3 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix the feta, dill, and garlic until well combined.
  2. Assemble the Rolls: Layer 3 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each with olive oil, then cut into strips. Place a spoonful of filling at one end of each strip and roll up into a compact roll.
