Chili Honey Sauce:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1/3 cup honey
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix the feta, dill, and garlic until well combined.
- Assemble the Rolls: Layer 3 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each with olive oil, then cut into strips. Place a spoonful of filling at one end of each strip and roll up into a compact roll.
- Bake: Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake until golden and crispy.
- Make the Chili Honey Sauce: In a small saucepan, heat olive oil, chili flakes, and cumin seeds. Add honey and cook until slightly thickened.
- Serve: Drizzle the rolls with the chili honey sauce before serving.
