Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix dough: In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs, corn syrup, and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and M&Ms.
- Bake: Scoop cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
