- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Prepare the Galette Crust: Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Add ice water gradually until dough forms. Chill, roll out, and transfer to a baking sheet.
- Make the Peach Filling: Toss sliced peaches with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and vanilla. Arrange over the crust, fold edges, and dot with butter.
- Bake: Brush crust with egg wash, sprinkle with coarse sugar, and bake until golden brown and bubbly.
