Description

  • Green Bell Pepper:
  • 1 large, sliced
  • Brown Gravy Mix:
  • 0.87 ounce
  • Water:
  • 1 cup
  • Provolone Cheese:
  • 11 slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix Batter: In a bowl, mix Bisquick mix, milk, egg, and half of the black pepper until smooth.
  3. Cook Meat: In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Prepare Gravy: In a separate bowl, mix brown gravy mix with water and pour over the beef mixture.
