Pistachio cheesecake
- 400g cream cheese (full fat)
- 310g pistachio cream
- 30g plain flour
- 210ml double cream
- 1tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the Brownie Bottom: Mix butter, sugars, eggs, flour, cocoa, chocolate, and salt. Bake.
- Create Pistachio Cheesecake: Combine cream cheese, pistachio cream, flour, cream, vanilla, eggs, and sugar. Pour over brownie and bake again.
