- 60g (approx. 2 oz) reduced-fat cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp passata (about 15g)
- A few slices of salami (approx. 20g)
- Mixed herbs, to top
Instructions
- Prepare the eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat lightly with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the eggs: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook until the edges start to set.
- Add toppings: Sprinkle grated cheese over the eggs, spoon passata on top, add slices of salami, and sprinkle with mixed herbs.
- Finish cooking: Cover the skillet and cook until the cheese melts and the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Serve: Slide the Pizza Eggs onto a plate and enjoy hot.
