Description

  • Pizza Dough (1 large crust)
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 8 slices Mozzarella Cheese, cut in halves
  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese

Additional Toppings:

  • Pizza Toppings as desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat to 400°F.
  2. Prepare ramekins: Grease 4 oven-safe ramekins and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Add cheese: Place mozzarella cheese slices in ramekins.
  4. Layer ingredients: Add sauce, toppings, more sauce, and top with Provolone.
  5. Prepare dough: Divide dough, cover ramekins, and press dough around edges.
  6. Bake: Bake for 15-25 minutes until golden brown.
