Description

These Raw Date Brownie Cups are a delicious and healthy dessert option. Filled with no-added-sugar berry jam and topped with melted dark chocolate, they are sure to satisfy your sweet cravings.

  • 1 cup (120g) pecans or walnuts
  • ⅓ cup (30g) raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed meal

For the filling:

    • No-added-sugar berry jam (raspberry, blueberry, or mixed berry)

Optional topping:

    • 50g dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: In a food processor, blend dates, pecans/walnuts, cacao powder, vanilla extract, sea salt, and chia seeds/flaxseed meal until mixture sticks together.
  2. Form the cups: Press the base mixture into cupcake molds, creating a well in the center.
  3. Fill the cups: Add a spoonful of berry jam into each cup.
  4. Add topping: Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the cups.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
