Main Ingredients:
- 2 cups uncooked sushi rice
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 10 oz imitation crab
- 8 oz salmon (shredded)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup Sriracha Mayo
Toppings:
- Furikake
- Seaweed snacks
- Sesame seeds
- Green onion
Instructions
- Cook Sushi Rice: Follow package instructions.
- Prepare Vinegar Mixture: Combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Pour into cooked rice.
- Cook Salmon: Season and cook in air fryer or oven.
- Mix Ingredients: Shred crab and salmon, mix with cream cheese and Sriracha Mayo.
