Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, olive oil, and Greek yogurt.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Slowly add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, then fold in the mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil.
