- 2 sheets puff pastry (500g)
- 100g Boursin cheese or herbed cream cheese
- 150g prosciutto or salami or capocollo
- 50g shredded cheddar cheese
- mixed seeds
- egg wash (1 egg + 1 tablespoon milk)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare filling: Roll out the puff pastry sheets and spread the Boursin cheese, prosciutto, and cheddar cheese evenly over one sheet. Place the other sheet on top and cut into a triangle shape to resemble a tree.
- Shape the tree: Make cuts along the sides of the triangle and twist them to create branches. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with mixed seeds.
- Bake: Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
