Description

  • 100 ml Boiling water

  • 1 tsp Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Ground mace
  • 0.25 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1 Egg, beaten, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pastry: Mix flour and salt, then rub in the lard or butter. Add boiling water and mix to form a dough. Chill in the fridge.
  2. Make the filling: Cook the meat with onions and spices until browned.
