- 1 tsp Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 0.5 tsp Ground mace
- 0.25 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1 Egg, beaten, for brushing
Instructions
- Prepare the pastry: Mix flour and salt, then rub in the lard or butter. Add boiling water and mix to form a dough. Chill in the fridge.
- Make the filling: Cook the meat with onions and spices until browned.
