- 6 burrito tortillas (low carb)

- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup white cheddar (shredded)
Instructions
- Prep Potatoes: Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Cook Sausage: Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
