  • 6 burrito tortillas (low carb)

Eggs:

  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup white cheddar (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Prep Potatoes: Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  2. Cook Sausage: Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
