Main Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
For the Sauce:
- 12 oz mushrooms
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 large shallots
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Cut chicken breasts into cutlets and coat with flour mixture.
- Cook Chicken: Brown chicken in skillet, then set aside.
- Sauté Mushrooms: Cook mushrooms until dark, then add shallots and garlic.
- Make Sauce: Deglaze pan with wine, add broth, cream, thyme, and mustard. Thicken with cornstarch.
