- 1 tablespoon garam masala

- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup light coconut milk

Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion, jalapeño, and garlic until fragrant.
