  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lb)

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
