This Slow Cooker No Peek Chicken and Rice recipe is a delicious and easy one-pot meal that requires minimal prep time. The chicken is tender, the rice is perfectly cooked, and the creamy sauce is full of flavor.

- 1 ½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup (1 can)
- 10.5 oz. cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
- 1 can water (measured from one of the soup cans)
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 2 cups Minute® rice (not standard rice)
- 1 oz. packet Lipton® onion soup mix
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker. In a bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, water, garlic powder, and pepper. Pour mixture over chicken.
- Add Rice: Sprinkle Minute® rice over the chicken and sauce mixture. Do not stir.
- Add Seasoning: Sprinkle Lipton® onion soup mix over the rice. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours without peeking.
- Serve: Once cooked, gently fluff the rice and serve chicken and rice together.
Notes
- Make sure to use Minute® rice for best results, as regular rice will not cook properly in this recipe.
- Do not open the slow cooker lid while cooking to ensure the rice cooks properly.
