- 0.70 oz. Italian dressing mix packet
- 0.87 oz. brown gravy mix
- 1 ½ cups water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Cut onions, season steaks with salt, pepper, and Italian dressing mix.
- Layer the Slow Cooker: Place onions at the bottom, then add seasoned steaks on top.
- Mix Gravy: In a bowl, mix brown gravy mix with water and pour over steaks.
- Cook Slowly: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Thicken Sauce: Mix cornstarch with water, stir into the slow cooker, and cook until thickened.
