Description

  • 2 lbs. cheap steaks such as petite sirloins
  • 2 white or yellow onions, cut into circles
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 0.70 oz. Italian dressing mix packet
  • 0.87 oz. brown gravy mix
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Cut onions, season steaks with salt, pepper, and Italian dressing mix.
  2. Layer the Slow Cooker: Place onions at the bottom, then add seasoned steaks on top.
  3. Mix Gravy: In a bowl, mix brown gravy mix with water and pour over steaks.
