Description

These Smoked Salmon Crostini are a delightful appetizer that combines the richness of whipped chive cream cheese with the savory flavors of Nova lox salmon, all on top of crispy French baguette slices.

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 ounces whipped chive cream cheese
  • 4 ounces Nova lox salmon
  • ¼ red onion, very thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Everything But the Bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives or scallions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare the baguette slices: Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast them in the oven until crispy.
