Glaze:

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons cream cheese or unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare Yeast Mixture: Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let sit until foamy.
  2. Mix Dough: Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture. Stir in flour and salt until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead and Rise: Knead the dough, then let it rise until doubled in size.
