Description

This Spiced Christmas Margarita is a festive twist on the classic cocktail, with warm flavors of cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne pepper complementing the citrusy notes of tequila and orange liqueur.

Main Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Tequila
    • 2.5 oz Pomegranate juice
    • 2 oz Orange juice
    • 0.5 oz Orange liqueur
    • 1 tbsp Honey
    • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
    • ⅛ tsp Ground cinnamon
    • ⅛ tsp Ground ginger
    • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
    • 1 sprig Rosemary

Optional:

  • Ginger beer

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cocktail: In a shaker, combine tequila, pomegranate juice, orange juice, orange liqueur, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne pepper. Shake well.
  2. Serve: Strain the mixture into a glass over ice. Top with ginger beer if desired. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Notes

  • You can adjust the spice levels by adding more or less cayenne pepper to suit your taste.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit the tequila and orange liqueur and increase the amount of orange juice.
