- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

- 1/4 cup gluten-free flour blend
- 1 cup cooked and cooled quinoa

Instructions
- Prepare Quinoa: Cook 1/3 cup dry quinoa according to package instructions.
- Roast Vegetables: Preheat oven, toss black beans, mushrooms, and onion with oil and salt, roast until tender.

- Mix Ingredients: Add roasted vegetables to flax egg, season, add flour and quinoa, mix to form batter.
