Main Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz fettuccine (or pasta of choice)
- Reserved pasta water (as needed)
Instructions
- Season Chicken: Season diced chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Make Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, honey, and heavy cream. Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Cook Pasta: Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water.
- Combine: Toss cooked chicken with sauce and cooked pasta. Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
- Serve: Serve hot and enjoy!
