  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz fettuccine (or pasta of choice)
  • Reserved pasta water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Season Chicken: Season diced chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Make Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, honey, and heavy cream. Simmer until sauce thickens.
  4. Cook Pasta: Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water.
  5. Combine: Toss cooked chicken with sauce and cooked pasta. Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
  6. Serve: Serve hot and enjoy!
