- 1 lb fresh salmon fillet skinless and diced

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ cup green onions chopped, plus extra for garnish
- 1 sheet nori cut into small strips

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Rice: Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions and season with vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Layer Rice: Spread rice in a baking dish.
- Prepare Salmon Mixture: Combine salmon, mayonnaise, Sriracha, sesame oil, and green onions.
- Layer Salmon Mixture: Spread salmon mixture over rice.
- Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with green onions, nori, and tobiko. Serve warm.
