Description

These Spinach and Artichoke Wonton Cups are a delicious appetizer that combines creamy spinach and artichoke filling in crispy wonton cups, perfect for any party or gathering.

  • 10 oz package Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained very well
  • 8 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1214 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Prepare Wonton Cups: Press wonton wrappers into a muffin tin to form cups.
  4. Fill Cups: Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into each wonton cup.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown.
