- 2 garlic cloves, crushed

- 2 large sausages
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli jam
- For the 5-minute dough:
- 300g self-raising flour
- 280g thick Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Make the whipped ricotta: Mix ricotta, garlic, and salt. Set aside.
- Top the pizzas: Spread whipped ricotta on pizza base. Add sausage, mozzarella, cheddar, broccolini, spinach, and chilli.
- Cook the pizzas: Bake for 10-15 minutes, then drizzle with chilli jam before serving.
- Mix the dough: Combine flour, yogurt, and salt. Knead and let rest.
- Roll out the pizza bases: Divide dough, roll into circles.
