- Kosher salt
- 1 pound fresh lo mein noodles
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 pound broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
- 3 medium cloves garlic, finely minced (about 1 tablespoon)
Instructions
- Marinate the Beef: Combine beef with salt, sugar, pepper, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, oil, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare the Sauce: Mix sesame oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, Shaoxing wine, and water in a bowl.
- Cook the Noodles: Boil lo mein noodles, drain, and set aside.
- Stir-fry: Cook broccoli and garlic in oil, add beef, noodles, and sauce. Toss to combine.
