- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Waffle Cookies: Combine warm milk and yeast, then mix in melted butter, egg, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Let the dough rise.
- Make the Caramel Syrup: Cook brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, cinnamon, and salt until thickened.
- Cook the Stroopwafels: Form dough balls, cook in a waffle iron, slice in half, and fill with caramel syrup before sandwiching.
