Boiling and Finishing
- 1.2 litres water
- 60 g baking soda
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Butter Topping (Optional)
- 60 g unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: Combine scrambled eggs, garlic powder, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the bacon in a bowl.
- Stuff the Rolls: Divide the pizza dough into portions, fill each with the egg mixture, and shape into rolls.
- Boil and Bake: Boil the rolls in water and baking soda, then brush with egg wash, sprinkle with salt, and bake until golden.
- Optional Butter Topping: Combine melted butter, salt, and parsley, brush over the baked rolls before serving.
