Fillings:

- 3 Eggs, scrambled

Instructions
- Prepare Potato Nests: Boil and mash the potatoes, then mix with egg, cheese, salt, pepper, and flour. Form into nests in a muffin tin and bake until golden.
- Prepare Fillings: Cook ground turkey, scramble eggs, sauté spinach and mushrooms. Fill the potato nests with the fillings and top with cheese.
