Description

  • ¾ cup 100% pineapple juice from 6 oz. mini can
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Garnish:

  • 12 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch pieces.
