- ¾ cup 100% pineapple juice from 6 oz. mini can
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Garnish:
- 1–2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch pieces.
- Mix the sauce: In a crockpot, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and minced garlic.
- Add chicken: Add the chicken to the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Thicken the sauce: In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the crockpot to thicken the sauce.
