Main Casserole:
- 3 Medium Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/4 Cup Butter, melted
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Milk or Heavy Cream
Topping:
- 2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1/3 Cup Butter, cold and cut in cubes
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook Sweet Potatoes: Peel and cube sweet potatoes, then boil until tender. Mash and mix with egg, butter, sugars, cinnamon, vanilla, and milk. Spread in the baking dish.
- Make Topping: Combine marshmallows, butter, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and crumbs. Sprinkle on top of the sweet potato mixture.
- Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until the topping is golden brown and bubbly.
