Description

These Taco Bites are a perfect appetizer or snack that packs all the flavors of a traditional taco in a bite-sized form. They are easy to make and sure to be a hit at any gathering.

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mild taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded fiesta blend cheese

Toppings:

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the wonton cups: Press wonton wrappers into muffin cups and bake until golden brown.
  3. Cook the ground beef: Brown the ground beef, add taco seasoning, and simmer.
  4. Assemble: Fill wonton cups with beef, cheese, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo.
