Main Ingredients:
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mild taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded fiesta blend cheese
Toppings:
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- Prepare the wonton cups: Press wonton wrappers into muffin cups and bake until golden brown.
- Cook the ground beef: Brown the ground beef, add taco seasoning, and simmer.
- Assemble: Fill wonton cups with beef, cheese, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately!
