- 2 packages kielbasa sausage, sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 medium baking potatoes, peeled and diced

- 2 (14.5oz) cans peeled and diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 (15oz) cans pinto beans, with liquid
- 1 (15.2oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 (14.5oz) cans diced tomatoes with green chile pepper, with liquid
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 (10oz) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 4 cups water
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the Meat: In a large pot, brown the ground beef and kielbasa sausage until cooked through.
- Add Ingredients: Add garlic, onion, tomatoes, potatoes, beans, corn, diced tomatoes with green chile pepper, mixed vegetables, water, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the pot.
- Simmer: Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Serve: Once the potatoes are tender and the flavors have melded, serve the stew hot and enjoy!
