 - 2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
 - 3/4 teaspoon salt
 
Assembly & baking:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (120g), room temp
 
Cream Cheese Icing:
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature (113g)
 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature (56g)
 - 1/4 cup heavy cream (60g)
 - 1 cup icing sugar (100g)
 
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: Warm milk, combine with yeast and sugar, mix in flour, eggs, salt, and butter. Knead until smooth, let rise.
 - Make the filling: Mix butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
 - Assembly: Roll out dough, spread filling, roll up, cut into rolls, place in pan, let rise.
 - Baking: Brush with cream, bake until golden.
 - Prepare icing: Beat cream cheese, butter, cream, and icing sugar until smooth. Spread on warm rolls.
