- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Prep the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Coat each breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
- Cook the chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Assemble: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place cooked chicken in a baking dish, top each breast with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
