- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a tagine or large skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic until softened. Add cumin, coriander, cinnamon, ginger, and paprika, stirring for a minute.
- Simmer: Return the chicken to the pan, add apricots, raisins, and chicken broth. Cover and simmer for about 30-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
