- 6 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
- 20 drops pink food coloring, divided
- 16 ounces vanilla candy coating

Instructions
- Crumble Oreos: Crush the golden oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs are formed.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the oreo crumbs, cream cheese, and 10 drops of pink food coloring. Mix until well combined.
- Roll Truffles: Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Coat Truffles: Melt the vanilla candy coating according to package instructions. Dip each truffle in the coating, then place them back on the baking sheet.
- Add Sprinkles: Decorate the truffles with your favorite valentine sprinkles. Let them set before serving.
